Mary Mulhern
Mary Mulhern is a Solicitor and Associate based in the Coleshill office.
Before joining Townshends, Mary worked for firms in Oxford, London, Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon including Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and Needham & James.
Mary has extensive experience in all forms of private client work, but specialises in wills, non-contentious probate, inheritance tax and estate planning (life time and death), administration of estates and trusts, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and estates with overseas and domicile issues.
She is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and life member of the Solicitors Benevolent Association. She served as a Trustee Director of the SBA from 1995 to 2002.
Away from professional commitments, Mary’s interests are keep fit, gardening and flower arranging. Mary also serves on three committees in her village and parish.
