Carolyn Christensen
Carolyn Christensen is a Senior Solicitor and Consultant based in the Coleshill Office.
Carolyn was the principal of J.V. Vobe & Co Coleshill, to whom Townshends LLP are the successor practice, from 2006, and an assistant solicitor with the firm from 1985.
Carolyn specialises in wills and the administration of estates and also has expertise in the Court of Protection as well as residential conveyancing.
Carolyn was an articled clerk with Pinsent & Co Birmingham (now Pinsent Masons). She and a colleague were the first female clerks employed by the firm, and were indeed the only female articled clerks in Birmingham at that time. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1971, she continued with the firm until her family arrived.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society, and qualified as a Notary Public in 1986.
Her interests include her family and garden, French canals, Yorkshire Dales and American ski slopes.
